Working for one of the UKs leading luxury retailers, you will be providing support within the accounts department including;
  • Carrying out bank reconciliations
  • Monitoring accounts payable
  • Liaise with suppliers and colleagues to resolve discrepancies arising between invoices and purchase orders
  • Identify payments receipted into the bank and post to the relevant customer accounts
  • Process journals
  • Categorise and assist in the control of email inboxes
  • Open and distribute daily post.

Person Specification
  • Six month's plus experience in an account's role
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confident using computerised systems. Must be confident using Excel.
  • Good Numeracy skills
  • Excellent time keeping

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4.30pm
