FSB is embarking upon a Digital Transformation programme over the next 18 months and beyond.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst, with a technical background, who has led Business Analysis teams in defining the Business Architecture and Requirements for large programmes of work ideally based in the Blackpool area.

The Senior Business Analyst will work with senior business stakeholders in defining the Business Architecture, capturing business requirements in large scale, often complex business change and/or technology change programmes. Strategic and wider thinking will be key to this role.

You will have experience in leading from a Business Analysis perspective organisational transformation programmes, implementation of new software solutions, systems migration, re-engineering of processes, optimising customer journeys and ideally experienced in UX & UI.

Greatly experienced in leading product evaluation processes including writing detailed requirements and mapping scoring criteria to enable third party supplier selection.

As the Senior Business Analyst, you will be required to provide leadership and guidance to a small team of Business Analysts.

You will also be credible, influential and an encouraging team-player, a confident communicator with good interpersonal skills and a proven dedication to continuous improvement in self and others.
