They're looking for a new Social Media / Facebook Ads Account Manager
to join their dynamic Social Media department at their office in Beckenham. Ideal for someone with a keen interest in social media and an eye for detail/analysing statistics who is looking to get a fantastic start in the digital marketing industry. The role will be remote throughout lockdown and reviewed thereafter.Social Media Account Manager Duties:
Social Media Account Manager Requirements:
- Setting up, managing and monitoring Facebook adverts for clients
- Branding design assets and creating new strategies with a focus on generating leads
- Using ads manager, Business Manager and Business Suite on a daily basis
- Setting up social media accounts for clients where needed
- Generating reports and using results to enhance client campaigns
- Review campaigns regularly to spot any red flags and make appropriate changes
- Onboarding new clients via Teams/Zoom video call and screensharing to run through the campaign/help them give us access to what we need
- Liaising with clients and general account management (setting up payments, sending invoices, attending conference/video calls, offering expertise in other areas of marketing, advising on the campaigns)
- Checking in with clients on a weekly basis via phone or video call
- Upselling other marketing products and services to clients (commission structure in place) and introducing partner services
- Troubleshooting any campaign related problems by offering solutions or consulting with other teams internally
- Keeping our CRM up to date

- Excellent/confident telephone manner is essential - there will be a lot of account management and dealing directly with clients on phone/Teams/Zoom
- Great team player who is willing to get involved
- Someone with a strong desire to learn (and you'll learn a lot!)
- Strong eye for detail
- Some sales/customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, computer and organisational skills are a must, a knowledge of design, social media and PPC would be desirable.
