Partner Executive are working with a high growth listed services business based in Central London with operations internationally. The business has grown significantly over the years and have developed a global footprint in the market with turnover in the £billions.

The Global Costing Strategy Director will be responsible for building a best-in-class function whilst mentoring and developing a small team based internationally. This position requires strong stakeholder management skills as this role will have interactions with internal teams and decision makers around the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the global costing strategy and methodology to support the expansion of the business
  • Desgin models to assess profitability by client and country and coordinate monthly reviews to identify potential problems and necessary ajustments
  • Create costing models for international and domestic providers as well as new services
  • In charge of updating SAP using the new costing methodology and of overseeing annual cost updates
  • Design and update documentation for SAP costing and intercompany processes
  • Set key reporting metrics around costing
  • Supervise development of intercompany revenues and costs for annual plan
  • Work closely with the systems and operations teams to ensure the quality of the data captured
  • Oversee cost management reporting and analysis

The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in an international organisation and managing remote teams
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing a costing strategy in a complex organisation
  • Strong knowledge of SAP cost accounting
  • Robust analytical skills and experience in dealing with and organising a large amount of data
  • Promote continuous improvement and comfortable working to tight deadlines
