The Essence of the role

Looking after a dedicated list of clients, you will ensure they receive the best possible service at all times. Taking initial enquiries, orders, through to design and production. Taking ownership of any customer problems. This role does not involve sales at all.

Scope of the Customer Account Manager
  • Processing customer orders
  • Work with clients to design print products
  • Deal with client logistics and deliveries in line with order volumes
  • Build customer relationships and rapport
  • Internal stakeholder management, dealing with any client issue to find a resolution

  • Live locally no more than 30 minutes from the location
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above
  • Account or Customer Service experience
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • B2B Business Experience
