ISO Quality Systems Manager

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 + benefits package

Location: Remote - with occasional travel to Reading

A fantastic Cyber Security MSP and Consultancy firm is currently looking for a Quality Systems Manager to lead their internal compliance and alignment to ISO frameworks through the company's Integrated Management System (IMS). This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced and independent professional to join a rapidly growing and extremely well regarded business as a specialist SME able to drive the IMS agenda across the business with complete buy in.

You will be completely defining the IMS and ISO agenda across the business as it grows and expand its capabilities, and in the long term a team around you as the need arises to match. This is the perfect role for someone at a developed stage in their career, looking to take control of internal processes to align to best practice, setting up the groundwork for growth and expansion in the future in an organisation with a fantastic reputation and support for their employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control the Integrated Management System and all related activities
  • Ensure that the business is aligned to ISO9001, ISO20000-1 and ISO27001
  • Co-ordinate Internal Audit with an external supplier and manage the continuous improvement and remediation processes which follow

To qualify for the role you must be able to demonstrate:
  • Track record of working with ISO9001, ISO20000-1 and/or ISO27001
  • Experience of leading or contributing to an IMS
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills with both internal and external stakeholders
