I am recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager role in Aldershot. They are a domiciliary care provider and have a fantastic reputation.

An extremely reputable company with 5 branches across the south and excellent support network for their senior management team within branch.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

  • To work closely with the office staff
  • To share responsibility with the Registered Manager
  • Assist in the day to day running of the branch
  • To be creative with how to improve customer service
  • To manage within a branch providing 300 hours of care per week
Registered Manager Requirements:

  • Quality & Compliance knowledge
  • Domiciliary care management experience
  • Experience in managing people
  • Eagerness and drive to progress
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn

  • 30 days annual leave
