A leading organisation in the Swindon area requires a Customer Escalation/Support Analyst to join its growing team.

Suitable candidates will have the following experience:

* Managing escalations within an IT Support/Service Desk environment
* Ensuring all tasks are completed to customer satisfaction before signing off
* Accurately update systems and reports
* Proven logical thinking and problem solving skills
* Excellent, professional communication skills written and verbal
