Hays are working in partnership with a very busy services business based in Braintree. We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to support during a peak period. Your new role
The main purpose of the role will be to oversee a large ledger of customers and provide a comprehensive collections service. This will include:
- Managing a mix of high value and high volume customer accounts
- Chasing overdue debt
- Proactively chasing payments on services
- Cash allocations
- Account reconciliations
- Producing copy invoices and statements
- Negotiating payment plans.
This is a full time role initially based in the office working 40 hours a week between Monday and Friday. This is initially a support role for 6 months but could become permanent for the right candidate.What you'll need to succeed
