To support the amazing growth we are seeing here at Dext, we are looking for a motivated, confident, enthusiastic individual who enjoys building and managing relationships. This Junior Digital Account Manager role is ideal for an individual that is wanting to start out in their sales career, who is looking to grow into a customer facing role over time at a highly successful global organisation.

A typical day
  • Manage a portfolio of Accountants & Bookkeepers, working towards ensuring a solid retention rate
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all Account Management matters within your portfolio
  • Develop relationships with your portfolio via low contact strategies such as mass email marketing, in-app messaging and hosted webinars
  • Collaborate with the Partner Success & Marketing teams on 1-to-many projects for driving adoption and usage within your portfolio of Partners
  • Negotiate opportunity for annual contracts, with the option of upselling/x-selling superior products
  • Identify areas of risk within your Partner base and take action to proactively retain revenue
  • Assist with client technical requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

You must have
  • GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent

Future ProspectsAfter your Business Associate apprenticeship, you have the opportunity progress into HR, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing & PR, Real Estate, Personal Assistant, Office Management, Business Management. Most of the above can be completed in a higher-level qualification.
Included in Qualification1. Training on the 18 month Standard Level 3 Business Associates apprenticeship.
