Litigation Paralegal
Location: Sheffield City Centre
Salary: £25,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone to join a friendly and well-respected law firm based in Sheffield, as a Litigation Paralegal. The growing company have expanded into new practice areas in addition to experience growth in their established teams. They are looking for hard-working individuals to join them in their new ventures or in existing teams. This is a great opportunity for an experienced paralegal to take the next step in their career.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Analysing statements, reports and research findings
* Overseeing a busy, varied caseload
* Working on litigation cases
* Draft legal documentation
* Proof reading and updating dictated work
* Preparing and reviewing case notes
* Submitting case notes
* Preparing court bundles
* Administrative support to litigators / senior fee earners
* Client liaising - Phone, email and letter
* Closing completed files

Required Attributes:

* You will need a minimum of 12 months experience as a Paralegal

Desirable Attributes:

* Exposure to professional negligence, debt recovery, civil / commercial disputes and litigation is preferable
