National Speaker Team Leader
We are seeking a National Speaker Team Leader with excellent project and volunteer management skills to join our team in this key role. You will be a fundraiser and team builder who is contagious in their passion to give hope and a future to children and their families by increasing the Hope Giver income, supporter participation and church engagement that underpins TLG's mission.
The National Speaker Team Leader will be an exceptional people and project leader who is proactive, strategic, persuasive and determined. You will understand how to inspire, challenge and motivate volunteers, churches and organisations to become champions of TLG! This fundraising role has an emphasis on growing our regular giving 'Hope Giver' scheme, raising awareness of TLG in the Christian world and growing the network of churches that support TLG. You will generate and co-ordinate church presentations throughout the UK and recruit, lead, equip and inspire TLG's National Speaker Team. You will be highly driven, passionate, strategic, fun, pioneering & inspirational. You will understand how to persuade, challenge and motivate volunteers, churches and organisations to become champions of TLG! This fundraising role has an emphasis on growing our regular giving 'Hope Giver' scheme, raising awareness of TLG in the Christian world and growing the network of churches that support TLG.
We are looking to recruit an individual with a strong and vibrant Christian faith. TLG is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff including volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to undertake a DBS check.
