A newly created role to lead and execute marketing strategy across Europe

Client Details

My client are a global FMCG food business that help promote healthier lifestyles with their product range. They are present in 90 countries and forecasting immense growth and are on track to almost double in size in the next 5 years! This newly created position is perfect for a hard-working brand manager who is excited to travel as part of their role.


* Work independently and with the distributor markets to provide recommendations to the Marketing Director

* Be the point of contact for all the distributor markets

* Understand shopper behaviors within different categories across different markets

* Execute NPD launch plans from concept to launch

* Work cross functionally with sales and R&D teams

* Work with global team in the adaptation of local packaging and local digital and in-store campaigns.

* Work with distributor markets and agencies to develop and execute digital, social and BTL plan to drive sales with key ROI measures.

* Manage 3rd party agencies (design, digital and ecommerce agencies)


* 3+ years working in an FMCG environment

* Degree educated

* MUSTbe fluent in Italian

* Dynamic and passionate about brand, food and marketing

* Knowledge of Nielsen/IRI

* 100% self-motivated, independent and team-oriented attitude

* Strong communications and presentations skills

* Flexible approach to people, projects and assignments
