Your responsibilities will include:
  • "Hands on" management of this new digital banking operations area through full lifecycle, covering payments, customer services and financial crime (onboarding etc) queries/complaints including training/development of staff etc
  • Cards management, digital mortgage operations
  • Project management/delivery regarding continual improvements to Operational functions
  • Managing procedures, relationships, reporting etc

Your experience must include:
  • Proven experience working in a digital banking environment is essential, covering onboarding, payments, digital mortgages
  • Extensive years of relevant and proven operational management experience gained in banking covering (payments - BACS, FPS, CHAPS, SWIFT, deposits, mortgages, credit cards)
  • "First Line of Defence" risk management experience
