An opportunity within a market leading firm, based at their central Leeds office, has become available for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to assist with a caseload of Residential Conveyancing Sale and Purchase Transactions.
This leading firm is seeking an individual with conveyancing assistant (6 months experience+) who is looking to join a diverse and innovative organisation.
The team is dedicated to providing a range of services to financial institutions and estate agents. These services include; remortgage, sale and purchase conveyancing and also mortgage shortfall recoveries.
You will be supporting a conveyancer to achieve conversion and customer service targets, providing excellent customer service to both customers and corporate clients. You will handle administrative duties including electronic and paper file management; chase customers; solicitors, estate agents and other third parties, chase monies from lenders, customers and other solicitors; input and interpret date; prepare, send and check legal documents; draft contracts on sale transactions and more.
