Job Description
A very interesting 12 month FTC with one of the largest banks in the UK. They are going through an operational resilience project and need experienced MI analysts to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing the creation of a robust and scalable suite of dashboard and metrics to provide insight and support decisions making on the operational resilience
  • Establishing and embedding a strong MI and reporting capability in the 1LOD Operational Resilience function
  • Ensuring senior management can understand, access, and draw insightful conclusions from relevant MI and metrics on the resilience of important business services and critical assets
  • Playing a pivotal role in ensuring the Bank achieves its vision for operational resilience and compliance in line with regulatory timelines
  • Providing all aspects of Business analysis support to the programme to ensure requirements are fully met

Required Skill Set:
  • Experience with Data Visualisation tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Experience with ServiceNow for visualisation (can be taught on-site but would be very beneficial)
  • Experience with SQL
  • Good stakeholder engagement experience
  • MI reporting and dashboard experience
  • Experience in producing a scalable visualisation suite
  • Knowledge of process mapping best practice, methodologies, documentation and tools
  • Understanding of financial services and banking business processes in either Retail Banking, Corporate Banking or back office functions (preferred)
