We have an exciting opportunity for a Case Management Product Manager to join our team, based in Gilwell Park, Chingford (hybrid working options available). You will join us on a full-time, fixed-term contract for 12 months (working 35 hours per week). In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £43,064 per annum.The Product Manager Role:As our Product Manager, your key purpose is to manage the development of our safe scouting case management system (CMS): Eclipse.Working closely with colleagues in both Safe Scouting and Digital Transformation you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Eclipse system, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to progress system improvements. You will be seen as the first point of contact for Sysadmin requests, oversee and be responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and be product lead on the upcoming Eclipse Phase II enhancements project.This is a unique opportunity to bring your skills, experience, and passion for enabling change to a growing and prestigious organisation. The Safe Scouting/Digital improvements you help to deliver will support nearly half a million young people every week as they gain skills for life through Scouts.What will you be doing in the Product Manager role? Developing, managing, and monitoring the Eclipse CMS product and own future system improvement requests Be product lead on the Eclipse Phase II project, working closely with 3rd party suppliers and project stakeholders to design, test, and implement high quality system improvements Working with Safe Scouting colleagues and wider stakeholders to capture and produce user and system requirements Leading the build, test, training, and deployment processes for Safe Scouting, making sure that the department requirements are delivered and the solution is fit for purpose Build strong relationships within TSA and inspire confidence through your ability to understand the Safe Scouting system & processes, its problems, and its aspirations Champion and support others to use product management methodology and techniquesWhat we are looking for in our Product Manager: User experience of digital and non-digital casework management systems and processes for safeguarding and safety concerns, holding sensitive data Experience working with a range of stakeholders and business users to elicit, capture, analyse, refine, communicate and document their requirements Exposure to digital systems such as CMS and CRM Experience of analysis of both functional and non-functional process requirements Experience of the full project lifecycle and a good understanding of project roles and activities (technical and non-technical) required for successful delivery Experience of project planning, management, and delivery, including digital systems and software Experience of using data and insights to inform decision making Knowledge of data protection with regards to the management of special category and criminal data with particular reference to safeguarding and safety Strong understanding of product management principles, lean product development, and agile practices Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, best practices, and digital technologies Able to take an informed, evidence-based approach Able to use data and insights tools Capable of prioritising and managing own workload Quality focus and attention to detailWhat we can offer you as our Product Manager: 25 days holiday and going up to 28 days after 2 years' service and 32 days after 5 years' service Additional holidays between Christmas & New Year Life Assurance Simply Health Scheme Generous Pension Scheme Free car parkingClosing date: Mon, 27 September 2021, 23:59Don't miss out on the opportunity to join our fantastic team!
