It's an exciting time to join the growing team, as we expand our marketing and comms department. With new client wins under our belt, we're looking for an Account Director and Account Manager to lead new and existing comms accounts. Some of these projects will have a pure marketing and comms focus, while others will require your support on experiential marketing and thought leadership campaigns.

We operate across a number of sectors for B2B and B2C projects, including tech, media, fashion, fintech, hospitality, music and property. Some of our recent and current clients include: Founders Forum, HSBC, Red Bull, Tik Tok, Nike, Michael Kors, Soho House, Appear Here, Boden, Boomtown, Glastonbury and Argent (Kings Cross).


As Comms Account Director you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of exciting clients as well as working alongside the senior management team to ensure that the services and brand are at the forefront of our industry.

You will be responsible for not only working with our current clients on strategies and ongoing projects but also have a pivotal role in pitching for new work, taking potential clients from leads to loyal customers. You will be expected to invest your time in ensuring that we are providing our clients with not only a high-quality service but also ensuring that we are providing them value through our offered services.

You will be joining a team of 19. We are a fast growing business and are looking for a candidate who would like to be part of this growth and to be a major asset within this evolving Group.


Account Strategy

- Acting as the key contact for a portfolio of clients, and responsible for all accounts within the

comms department

- Responsible for embedding comms services within our day-to-day live experience accounts

- Managing the business development pipeline

- Creating account strategies to support business development and business growth

- Maintaining a detailed awareness of relevant market trends and new marketing tools and

platforms affecting client accounts, and developments in the wider industry

- Creating and delivering client presentations and pitches for new and existing clients

- Analysing and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts

- Continuously evaluating the offering to our clients, ensuring that the brand is being

represented in the best possible way while providing clients with what they want / need

- Leading the analysis and reporting of all account campaigns to continually improve marketing output

Project Management

- Leading creative concept creation, with a strong eye for branding and attention to detail for

client facing presentations

- Conceptualising and implementing the comms strategy on large live experience accounts

- Have a solid grasp on all comms concepts and strategies being delivered throughout the


- Understanding quickly the needs and requirements of a client and translating them

accurately into problem solving areas and deliverable project KPIs

- Developing marketing strategies for clients across a range of industries, including scope for

brand development, digital marketing, PR, brand awareness, activations and campaigns, with

experience at the core

- A thorough understanding of campaign reporting and analysis, and the tools needed to best

deliver this insight

- Giving clients a clear understanding of project ROI and campaign performance

- Implementing strategies based on agreed parameters and client briefs

- Leading, managing and growing client budgets

- Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects

- Working with internal and external designers and other departments to deliver client projects

- Liaising with other departments to ensure a consistent level of quality

- Contributing to the CRM system and ensuring client data is up to date

Senior Management (Marketing)

- You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and Brand Communication

- You will be responsible for managing account teams on a project basis

- Working alongside the Head of Marketing to grow the comms account department

- Integral part of the hiring process

- Setting team member KPIs, ensuring your team are working effectively and efficiently to

reach their set targets

- Currently, you will have 1 member in your team

- You will be a skilled and positive leader with the ability to get the most out of their

workforce, reward them, work them and make them feel needed and valued and most of all

push their creativity

- Already carving out a thought leadership presence within the industry

- Implement and teach new management initiatives created by management including yourself

- Providing input and analysis to management meetings and the senior management team

- Continuously looking to improve systems and communications both internally and for our


- You will be responsible for implementing Marble's culture

Essential skills

- Extensive knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing, minimum 6 years experience

- Previous experience in a multi-faceted agency in a client facing, pitching role

- Demonstrated ability to create and implement marketing and account strategies at a senior


- Previous account management experience at a senior level

- Marketing skills:

- Strategy planning at a senior level

- Brand messaging, development and strategy

- Content creation in a variety of formats (e.g. articles, video, podcasts)

- Excellent copywriting skills and social media experience

- Campaign and project management

- Creative eye and vision

- Strong reporting background

- Proficient use of marketing tools (CRM, CMS, analytics and social media platforms)

- Experience working in a small, fast-paced environment

- Experience of working with clients of different sizes across both B2B and B2C, e.g. Fintech,

tech corporates, millennial consumer brands

- A confident and articulate verbal and written communicator, can foster strong relationships

both internally and externally

- Strong pitching skills and more than comfortable managing senior and C Level stakeholders

- Possesses excellent prioritisation skills, has the foresight to anticipate obstacles and displays

tenacity in overcoming them

- Communicating ideas effectively with all levels of senior management and stakeholders

- Has gravitas and mental agility when presenting solutions

- Strong punctuality and meets multiple deadlines
