We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established social housing provider in Beeston for a Senior Performance Manager on a permanent basis.
The role will sit within the strategy, performance and planning team and will be responsible for developing and managing the performance framework within the organisation, this includes ensuring strategic measures are set, measured, and reported accurately with the executive team and board, to drive business performance across areas including Care, Property and Construction.
The performance manager will be responsible for reviewing KPI's and reported Date and will work with the senior leads across the organisation to ensure business reports at all levels reflect the performance level and provide appropriate commentary.
Knowledge and experience required.
Excellent level of understanding across business processes
Experience of working in a performance
Experience of working in a performance coordination role, delivering assurance for performance
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Relationship management and negation skills
Excellent understanding of performance data
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
