Taking ownership of the global training program, you'll support the use of specific company technology and Microsoft. Actively assess the technical needs of the business, observe how employees use systems and maintain training plans to address any gaps in skills.
Create high quality blended learning solutions and user centred resources and documentation.
Proactively help in the implementation and rollout of new systems, technology, upgrades, or changes.
- Advanced MS Office
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

- Ability to convey complex detail simply and clearly
- Good experience in planning, designing and delivering technical training solutions
- Extensive technical training experience using different methods for various audiences
