PA/ Team Administrator
On site/ WFH role
My client who are in the Education sector are looking for additional Temporary support at Director Level.
The role will involve providing advanced Administrative and Personal Assistant support to Director/ Executive level and some of the the duties are below:
- Diary management and meeting preparation
- Liaising with various Senior stakeholders
- Supporting committee meetings - pre-meeting and post meeting support
- Coordinating day to day duties
- Working to tight deadlines
The successful candidates will:
- Ideally come from a Higher Education background
- Have experience of supporting to Director/Executive level
- Advanced MS Office packages
- Governance knowledge would be an advantage
This role will be temporary role and will start asap!
