  • Institutional Marketing Strategy and Execution

    • Engage with Institutional Client Coverage leadership team, define a strategy for the channel including global insurance and solutions businesses

    • Develop and manage campaigns, roadshows, events, digital footprint and marketing launches of new funds and investment capabilities across sectors

    • Create messaging, positioning and channel-specific marketing materials
  • Lead Generation and Digital Engagement

    • Expand global footprint using digital marketing outreach

    • Drive customer segmentation and create "client journey" roadmap for digital engagement

    • Strategically review, enhance and cascade post-campaign metrics and reporting, to optimise for future growth
  • Market Intelligence

    • Review competitor landscape to define requirements and uncover opportunities for growth

    • Analyse and report on differing investor behavior and issues affecting the industry

Key Requirements
  • Strong academics
  • Strong demonstrated experience in marketing within the investment management industry and strong managerial capability
  • Proven capability on developing and executing on marketing strategy
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to think quickly and adeptly about how to address problems as they arise, and apply learnings to prevent similar issues in the future
  • Commercial focus and understanding of how best to drive sales outcomes using digital channels
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and work with cross-functional teams, within and across regions
  • Professional, structured, and creative with a positive and inclusive mentality.
