We are working on an exciting opportunity for a leading architectural firm, who are looking for Project Analyst to join their busy and fast paced team. The Project Analyst responsibility is to assist and support the team in the day to day operation and improvement of projects providing the accurate and timely management reporting required by the Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the team in maintaining full monthly project reconciliations and profitability.
Producing profitability reports
Working alongside the teams to produce ad hoc analysis, project analysis by project, staff members, studio and company level for Associates and Project Architects.
Producing weekly reports for departments.
Supporting the Sales Ledger Clerks to prepare timely and accurate sales invoices
Supporting the Purchase Ledger Clerks with sub-consultants fees.
Maintaining sub-consultants reconciliations.
Overseeing the timesheets collection and accuracy.
Assisting with the production of monthly reconciliation of timesheets.
Overseeing the importing maternity and paternity leave or any other specific.
Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly time reports for HR
Updating and maintaining the job costing system
Overseeing the staff on Database Maintenance tasks
Essential Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role
Experience with the built environment sector would be desirable
Competent in using Advance Excel, Advance Formulae, Pivot Tables, Macros and data modelling
Proven experience and knowledge of job costing (essential)
Basic understanding of the Sales and Purchase Ledger and VAT
Able to prioritise and work under pressure
