New Job | Credit Control| £11.79 per hour | 12 weeks Temp | Remote / Work From Home

Due to increased workload Morson are proud to be partnering with a Commercial Property business looking to welcome a temporary Credit Controller to their team, for a minimum of 12 weeks, working from home/remotely.

This is initially a temporary position, however there is always an opportunity for the role to become permanent so if you are experienced and available - Apply Now !

Initially the role will likely focus on chasing Commercial property tenants, allocating cash and admin tasks such as providing copy invoices and actioning refunds.

If you have experience of the following, then I want to hear from you:

Credit Control
Chase commercial tenants by telephone, fax, email or letter to recover outstanding sums.
Achievement of client collection statistics targets.
Have regular meetings with portfolio managers providing comments on arrears.
Update tenant contacts on system.
Liaise with treasury team over allocation of funds.
Assist treasury team to ensure unallocated cash kept to a minimum.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for both internal and external clients as required.
Ensure that any management agreement targets are met.
Instruct Enforcement Agents.
Instruct solicitors.
Reconciliation of tenant accounts and resolving tenant queries.
Work within the best practice guidelines to ensure a common and consistent approach is used across the company.
Any other duties necessary to assist with the running of the various portfolios within the team. What we are looking for -

Knowledge/experience of basic accounting.
Knowledge of Service Charges, which are applied to properties, is an advantage.
Minimum GCSE Level education including Maths and English.
Good Excel skills, to pivot table, VLOOKUP level would be advantageous.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills.
Ability to set own priorities.
Organised and able to work to detail and to deadlines.
Able to apply common sense.Location: Remote

Pay rate: £11.79 per hour paye
