We are currently recruiting for FRIGHT NIGHT Maze Hosts for our upcoming FRIGHT NIGHTS event at Thorpe Park Resort!

About the RoleReporting to the Admissions, Fastrack and VIP management team. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest operational standards are met at our FRIGHT NIGHT attractions and queue lines, with the guidance of a Senior Host. You will ensure that the Health and Safety of your attraction is of the highest standard, whilst delivering great customer service during this exciting event here at Thorpe Park Resort.

Some key focusses of this role are briefing all guests on the Health and Safety of the attraction, ensuring you're driving guest experience by delivering outstanding interactions with guests, consistently delivering (and tracking) high throughputs, ensuring your attraction is clean at all times and liaising with the Senior Host to problem solve.

We are recruiting both part-time and full-time Fright Nights Maze Hosts. Dueto the nature of our FRIGHT NIGHTS event you will be expected to work latenights, weekends, and October Half Term.
