Head of Development

Glasgow (flexible working)

£Competitive

Blue Triangle has been operating at the intersection of Social Care and Social Justice in Scotland since 1974. We are unique as a national registered care provider, registered social landlord, and registered charity.

As Head of Development you will work strategically and lead the development of our unique and innovative service offering. Working within changing policy, reforms and wider strategy you will further develop partnership, secure funding and ensure our voice is heard in the right corridors.

Within the organisation you will use your communication, influence and emotional intelligence to lead the delivery of new services from idea to implementation. Blue Triangle is an organisation keen to use best practice and build on others' innovations to identify future ambitions. As an experienced leader you will be able to demonstrate where you have communicated vision and strategy to your teams so that delivery has been effective, efficient, and successful. This is a new role and a different remit for the organisation, so you will be integral to shaping and building the Service Development function.

If you are motivated to use your credibility and gravitas to influence senior leaders and engage and motivate your teams whilst balancing a busy portfolio of development activities, then this could be the role for you.

If you're excited to learn more, please contact our recruitment partner Badenoch + Clark to have a confidential conversation + 44 (0) 141 220 6460 or email scotlandexecutive@badenochandclark.com to request a candidate pack.

Applications in the form of a tailored CV and covering letter, highlighting your skills and experience pertinent to the role, should arrive no later than midnight Sunday 26 September.
