We are currently working with an established independent Pharmacy that is looking to recruit a Pharmacist Manager for their branches based within Ipswich. Each branch has a strong team of dispensing and counter teams working on-site as well as area manager support. Tier 2 pharmacists considered. Newly Qualified Pharmacists considered.
Please note, a newly qualified pharmacist that embodies the ethos of the business and has entrepreneurial and managerial skills would be considered following a successful trial.Please note, our client is offering on top of your base pay, a performance-related bonus with an OTE of £10,000 per year, with a quarterly bonus structure.
The working hours are Monday-Friday 08:30-18:30
Saturday 09:00- 13:00
This could either be Monday-Friday or
a day off during the week for a half-day Saturday.
You will need the drive to be proactive in providing an array of services in a community pharmacy and a strong leader who knows what it takes to make the whole team tick and is focused just as much on building relationships as you are on the business.
If you love nothing more than getting to know customers as well as being proactive in providing an array of services in an established community pharmacy, you could be the person we are looking for. Tier 2 pharmacists considered.
