We have an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Security Architect to join an established Southern business, based in their Bristol office. This is a newly developed role which promises plenty of autonomy and an excellent opportunity to play a critical role in driving the business forwards.
The successful individual will work closely with the Service Operations and Cyber Security teams and should bring an in-depth knowledge of security standards and complex IT systems, in addition to best practice security products.
Key Responsibilities include:
Supporting in and responding to cyber incidents
Driving the company's security strategy forwards alongside key individuals in related teams
Developing and managing cyber policies and procedures
Providing technical guidance and supervision for Security colleagues
Designing and implementing key cyber security frameworks and processes
Acting as Cyber Design Authority
Providing assurance on proposed implementation and changes to both BAU and project landscapes
Mentoring members of the team
Skills/Experience should include:
Experience in a Cyber Architecture-type role
Technical Design Authority
External 3rd party loud and security suppliers
Cyber Incident Management
AWS, Azure, 365
CISP or CISM
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven track record of designing, testing and implementing security systems and data. The ideal candidate would enjoy working across different organisations and areas of large-scale enterprises to help them operate securely.
We have a salary of £90,000 per annum on offer and an extra day off to celebrate your birthday (it is an important day after all)
