We are looking to recruit an IT Support Technician Apprentice who is a hardworking, organised individual with flexibility and a willingness to learn.

This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn and gain on the job experience to kickstart your career in IT.

As an IT Support Technician Apprentice your main roles and responsibilities will include:

Providing technical support to customers over the phone and via email
Establishing, diagnosing, and escalating technical issues
Keeping the ticketing system up to date
Keeping clients informed of their ticket progress
Assisting with projects where necessary
Helping other members of staff and any sub-contractors (where applicable) to resolve IT related problems
Complying with appropriate policies/procedures at all times
Completing all aspects of the apprenticeship programme.Essential Skills
