- With full P&L responsibility, you will manage relationships across retail channels and lead negotiations with key customers
- Identification of new markets/customers to drive NPD and achieve maximum growth
- Act as first point of contact for all matters between the customer and the business to ensure an aligned approach. Ensure thorough commercial administration practices are maintained for the accounts.
To be considered for this role you will have a strong commercial background. You'll need to be an exceptional relationship builder with a track record of delivering new and innovative ideas to customers. You will have experience of dealing across various DIY channels and have the ability to engage at a senior stakeholder level.
