Our client, a well-established business in the centre of Kings Hill who are leaders within their field is seeking a Trainee Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will be a keen and enthusiastic candidate looking to progress their career within Finance.
You will not need any Financial experience or professional qualifications, however you will have the desire to learn and keenness to pursue in the industry, whilst potentially taking professional qualifications.
The role will require you to work with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy at all times, supporting to the Finance department with the day to day running of the administration duties.
- Processing of purchase orders and purchase invoices
- Prepare supplier payment runs
- Process customer refunds
- Initiate completion fess
- Bank reconciliations
- Adding new information and details in the finance system
- General office duties and administrative tasks'
