Just Recruitment is recruiting for an Account Manager on behalf of a company based in Haverhill.
The Account Manager is responsible for generating sales whilst maximising profits and delivering a high level of customer service. The Account Manager will also need to monitor the performance of all assigned accounts.
*Build and maintain customer relationships. *Quote customers within the Companies two-hour KPI deadline or agreed customer deadline. *Follow up quotes to maximise opportunities. *Work to maximise company profits. *Process customer orders into the company's software system with a high level of accuracy ensuring all company processes are being followed. *Communicate with customers through phone and email in a professional manner. *Enter all orders onto the production schedules, updating order progress to clients on request. *Liaise with other departments such as production, artwork and purchasing.
*Excellent organizational and multitasking skills *Computer skills including outlook and excel and ideally with a CRM software or similar. *Flexible in learning and tasks. *Ability to work either within a team or alone affectively. *Able to communicate verbally, email and telephone between departments.
