They require a team leader that has experience within customer service, to lead the help desk operators in a brand new department.


Team leader- To lead a small team of help desk operators in order to provide excellent customer service to mainly internal employees of the company which involves complaint handling. Must be able to lead by example and deal with any escalations that get presented to you. Also the ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills preferably Excel and/or Google spreadsheets. The role is data heavy so a good understanding of all mentioned is essential.



7am-7pm x 4 days

x 4 days off

7pm-7am x 4 nights
