Job Title: Digital Marketing Projects Manager
Salary: £26k - £28k
Location: Pershore, Worcestershire

Introduction to the role

Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Projects Manager to join their growing, start-up digital marketing and PR agency. You will be directly supporting the Digital Marketing Director with day-to-day account management and digital marketing projects work, as well as, supporting the growth of the agency through various forms of networking and business development activities.

This role will be diverse by nature due to the business' growing position but has tremendous prospects as the agency grows.

Key responsibilities

* Build long-term relationships with clients and partners and be their first point of contact
* Determine clients wants and needs to help them grow successfully
* Plan, present and implement digital marketing strategies for clients and partners - this may include optimising web content to improve SEO, present and implement social media strategies to clients, analyse the effectiveness of paid advertising campaigns and suggest improvement methods, and recommend, design, and implement content to increase ROI
* Prepare and present reports on client progress
* Keep up to date with new trends in digital technology
* Develop new and existing business opportunities with the support of the Digital Marketing Director and internal stakeholders
* Make pitches and develop proposals to clients and manage them accordingly
* Manage client budgets in line with their goals and objectives

Job role requirements

We're looking for a digital marketing powerhouse who can really make an impact on the agency and its clients. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has:

* At least 3 years of experience working in digital marketing
* Have particular skills in social media, PPC, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and website development
* It would be great if you have experience in digital PR and influencer marketing, but this is not essential
* Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and other content creation tools
* In-depth knowledge of marketing tools to support client campaign optimisation
* Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on client success
* Creative and analytical thinker
* Have a positive attitude to dynamics in business
* Good time management, communication, and team player skills
* If you have a professional qualification in digital marketing, that is always a plus in our books
* Experience working in a start-up or agency environment would be beneficial

Package Information

* £26-28k salary
* 25 days holiday per annum plus public bank holidays
