I am working on behalf of a nationwide, reputable domiciliary care provider that requires an Operations Manager to cover 3 franchised offices in the Hertfordshire area.

The Company:

  • Domiciliary care franchise
  • Established for over 30 years
  • 3 offices delivering just under 4000 hours of care per week
  • Specialising in elderly care
  • Work with both local authorities and private clients

The role:

  • Run the smooth operations of the 3 offices
  • To support the branch managers in running their branches
  • To keep branch managers and staff motivated and to hit targets
  • To report in to the Managing Director
  • Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
  • Support with restructuring, business strategy and crisis intervention

Required competencies:

  • Commercial awareness
  • Multi-site management/Operations Management
  • Domiciliary care experience
  • Proactivity and motivation skills
  • Organisation
