Our client, based on the outskirts of Horsham are seeking a Showroom Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is to start as soon as possible.
Duties for this role will include:
- Develop Business Strategies to raise customer visits, expand store traffic and optimise profitability
- Meet sales goals by training and mentoring staff
- Day to Day Management of staff
- Ensure high levels of customer service at all times
- Maintain outstanding store condition and complete all store administration
- Compile reports on customer spending, profits and needs
- Propose innovative ideas to increase profits
This role is working Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm, with half an hour for lunch. Own transport is required due to company location. This role would suit someone with previous admin and / or retail exposure. MS Office skills are required. Excellent company to work for and a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.
