A nation-wide company with a market-leading reputation is seeking confident and professional individuals to provide direct support with their assessment centres and selection process (including interviews) for the next few months. Your input will be crucial in shaping the next generation of the company, so it is important that you are diligent, organised and enthusiastic about the role. You must be able to rapidly and calmly solve challenges associated with a virtual assessment centre, including engaging candidates in an online setting.Temporary Assessment Centre Staff Responsibilities
Your main duties fall into two parts, the first set involve running virtual assessment centres, and the second set involves helping the company to select appropriate candidates for these centres.
- Engaging candidates throughout the assessment centre
- Managing timings to make sure the day runs smoothy
- Marking tests
- Writing candidate feedback from assessor notes
- Assessing digital interviews with a team of other assessors
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks as and when required
The ideal candidate will be a quick-learner, a confident and articulate communicator and able to complete tasks online effectively and efficiently. Understanding of how video interviews or virtual assessment centres works is desirable although not essential. Candidates with experience within events, recruitment, senior administration are encouraged to apply.
Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent organisational skills and have a keen eye for detail. Candidates should exercise total discretion and be ready to interact with other members of the business at assessment centres.
