Sanderson have been engaged to recruit a Service Desk Analyst on a permanent basis to join a very successful business in Glasgow.

You will join a company employing 1,000 people across its 21 facilities in the UK and Ireland.

Working as a Service Desk Analyst you will provide support to internal end users and have broad knowledge of desktop and server technologies.

To succeed in this role you will need:
  • Background in IT Service Desk/Support role
  • Knowledge of ITIL and service manager methodologies
  • End user training
  • Office365
  • Remote and onsite support
  • Application Support
  • Solid IT Knowledge and Troubleshooting skills
