  • Responsible for establishing and overseeing the delivery and evolution of the product roadmap to meet the current and future client requirements.
  • Be the product expert and specialist who can discuss the product with clients and be prepared to present this to client stakeholders.
  • Build a cohesive and collaborative relationship between product and engineering, with a focus on delivering impact in a timely manner.
  • Define and build best practice, operational excellence and continuous improvement around project management, execution and delivery.
  • Provide direction to the engineering team. Ensure all team members understand the strategic goals and vision, and empower them to achieve those goals.


  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 3+ years' experience in product management. Ideally in a fast growth / dynamic environment.
  • Experience in leading and building successful teams, with good people management skills and expertise in dealing and presenting at executive and / or board level.
  • Experience in operating the full product lifecycle, including commercial launch, ensuring that all parts of the business are equipped to deliver the products in a timely manner.
  • Strong understanding of operational challenges with hands on experience. Practical and pragmatic problem solver.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies as part of the software development life cycle.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work effectively whilst working remotely.
  • Preference fluent in Mandarin
