Trainee Opto-Electronic Assembly Operatives wanted in Luton
Workchain are currently recruiting Opto-Electronic Assembly Operatives for our client based in Luton
Interview/Inductions are taking place for suitable candidates
(previous experience would be preferable but not essential)
Job Summary • Monday to Friday ongoing role • Full training provided • Clean/Friendly working environment
Successful candidate(s) will be building complex electrical assemblies and/or fibre-optic components, therefore the following attributes are required for the role of Opto-Electronic Assembly Operatives:
- Extremely high level of attention to detail. - Very high level of manual dexterity to handle small electronic and fibre-optic components. - Ability to navigate a PC and operate software packages. - High level of patience. - Very focussed. - Emphasis on high quality
Previous experience working in a Manufacturing Environment with either Electronics, Mechanical Assemblies or Optical Assemblies will be an advantage but is not essential.
The ability to perform optical inspection using microscopes would also be a distinct advantage.
