The business wants to identify a CRM marketing professional who is excited about launching and keen to remain hands-on in their career. Day to day, the role will deliver all CRM activities for the UK, evolving the customer journey and mapping out communication touchpoints. The role will pivot around launching a new car brand into the UK, so plenty of lead capturing, automation, funnels and coaching and training the retail teams.
As an organisation, they have adopted a hybrid way of working post-pandemic and office expectation is around 3/4 days a week; but a flexible approach is enjoyed by the business.

Map and evolve the UK consumer journey and communications touchpoints across marketing and transactional CRM activities.
Delivering all UK CRM activities in line with GDPR compliance requirements.
Ensuring effective and compliant lead capture, management and funnelling across all touchpoints including retail studios, digital channels, contact centres, events.
Developing, implementing and refining UK customer communications including newsletter, automated journey communications, retail studio team communications and third party communications.
