The Role

  • End-to-end technical account management.
  • From scoping requirements to onboarding and implementation, management of technical stakeholders, ongoing support and involvement in business tenders - you will be there every step of the way!

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Preferably JavaScript, HTML/CSS
  • Knowledge around CRM marketing/automation strategies
  • Experience with Mobile App development & delivery
  • SDK knowledge
  • Ability to converse comfortably on a technical level to client developers & marketing stakeholders.
