The Role

Working with one of the world's biggest printer brands you will be responsible for the day to day account management and smooth running of one of our key clients. As the key point of contact you will be expected to integrate with the client's teams to support with design and production of all digital and physical marketing materials across the EMEA region. A broad knowledge of the marketing mix and production techniques for print, digital and photography is required.

You will be supported by a Senior Account Executive for all day to day requirements as well as work closely with the Account Director to ensure KPIs are being met as well as identifying and developing any new business opportunities.

Experience with tech based clients would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Understands and champions an integrated approach and is able to advise clients on relevant disciplines and channels
  • Maintains a solid financial process ensuring efficient utilisation of time across departments
  • Builds estimates for clients, managing SOW and contract to deliver maximum revenue and profitability for agency services
  • Responsible for campaign finances and can negotiate campaign budgets with clients
  • Confident in selling in and defending campaign budgets and creative concepts
  • Strategically smart; able to understand the client brief and input into the development of strategic recommendations
  • Demonstrates an ability to write inspiring creative briefs
  • Has sound creative judgement knowing what is right for the brand
  • Consistently demonstrates passion to achieve the very best creative product
  • Collaborates to ensure that work, cost estimates and production remain within the timing plans and budgets, escalating issues where appropriate
  • Is the first port of call for clients, having developed trusting and honest relationships
  • Clearly manages client expectations and able to listen to their feedback and provide timely solutions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Maintains nerve and determination when faced with demanding clients and timelines


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Senior Account Manager or Account Manager level in a similar environment
  • Must be able to drive
  • Photo shoot experience
  • Experience of developing strong client relationships and working practices
  • Passion for generating bright ideas and delivering work that sells
  • Ability to think beyond execution and to offer solutions rather than problems
  • Excellent communication skills - understands the importance attached to positive client relationships and demonstrates an engaging and open style of communication
  • Excellent organisational skills - works in a time efficient and organised manner and seeks to streamline processes where appropriate as well as priorities effectively
