This role is part of ONEHealth Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with our clients to deliver end-to-end Media and Content services. This is supported by Data4NHS, providing one of the largest GDPR compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.

About the Role:

Your primary responsibility will be managing the activities for several of our agency's key accounts. You will be working with the Account Director for a select group of clients and will co-ordinate the resources needed to deliver projects on time and on budget

You will be expected to deliver across a wide range of channels including on and offline media, design, packaging and exhibitions.

Typical activities include:
  • Supporting the Account Directors including day-to-day business, new project briefs and meetings. You will be the 'go to person' for the Account Director.
  • Delivery of projects, ensuring completion to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • The day-to-day management of each job within designated accounts including raising estimates for work, and liaising with suppliers and relevant team members
  • Maximising revenues and profitability within designated accounts

Essential Skills:
  • At least three years business-to-business agency experience at Account Manager/Project Manager level
  • The ability to plan and deliver effectively
  • Experience of delivering multi-channel communications
  • Ability to work under pressure and work on several projects at the same time
  • A persuasive and confident approach to handling projects
  • Be self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective supplier management capabilities
  • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints

Desired skills:
  • At least two years' experience of working within a medical communications agency environment
  • Experience in professional client relationship management
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry structure, roles, and processes
  • Working knowledge of the ABPI code of conduct
  • Experience with pharma approval software systems
