An outstanding independent prep school in Hertfordshire are recruiting a Maths Teacher. This is a full time and permanent position from January 2022.

A broad and engaging curriculum combined with an outstanding range of extra-curricular opportunities mean that children are encouraged to be creative, curious and discover their talents and develop the skills for success. This prep school is a happy and vibrant school where fortunate pupils are supported by enthusiastic and dedicated teachers, role models and parents. The school are searching for an engaging Maths teacher who is an outstanding classroom practitioner and has a passion for Maths. You will be required to teach Maths from Years 5 - 8. The successful candidate will be a team player, have excellent organisational skills and be both considerate and friendly. You will be expected to teach Maths at Common Entrance level in Year 8 so strong primary Maths teachers or secondary/senior schools Mathematicians who are interested in teaching in a prep school are all encouraged to apply.

The school are also hoping for the successful candidate to involve themselves in the whole life of the school. The ability and desire to coach some Games would be a significant advantage.

There is also the possibility of an April 2022 start for the right person.
