The Wilf Ward Family Trust is a well-established, Yorkshire based charity, that has been providing outstanding support for adults with learning disabilities for over thirty years, all thanks to our incredible support teams.
As Manager you will be overseeing our three Ripon services with the support of two Assistant Managers. Each service is well established, with the individuals we support leading very full and active lives including fantastic community engagement and close family relationships. The individuals have many different interests and hobbies, the pace can be fast at times, but the role is hugely rewarding.
We're looking for someone who is dynamic, forward thinking and committed to providing outstanding support to individuals.
You must be compassionate and a good communicator, capable of building effective relationships and leading our dedicated staff teams.
You must be flexible, with background knowledge in adult social care, making your transition as smooth as possible.
This role will require you to travel between the three services you will be managing in Ripon.
You will also have loads of opportunity to proactively contribute to Regional and Trust wide initiatives to work on new and exciting projects.
This Manager role offers an attractive salary of £15.39 per hour, which equates to £31,210.92 per annum, with lots of other additional benefits. The role is 156 hours over 4 weeks (average 39 hours per week), with some weekend working required.
