My client is looking for an office based account manager to proactively retain and develop client relationships. You will be responsible for a wide portfolio of clients and manage your portfolio as though you are managing your own business.

My client provides integrated ICT solutions and services to a mix of clients across the UK. Bringing together the best technologies, skills and expertise, they ensure these organisations optimise efficiency, maximise customer service and achieve greater return on technology investment.

You will have:
  • Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients
  • Experience of presenting to clients at a senior management level
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
  • A good understanding of what it takes to maintain and develop the most productive client relationships
  • Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Must be able to quickly understand the client, their products and their industry
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate / accessible and organised documentation
  • Ability to present at senior management level, whilst considering the variety of knowledge levels within the audience
  • Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Excellent report-writing, analytical and project management skills

Your role will be to:
  • Making the Customers aware of the range of Products & Services that they can provide;
  • Working with Sales team on Tenders that are for the Account Managers accounts;
  • Production of Account Management Plan for the next quarter; and
  • Once every year there should be an Annual review, tied into the date when the SLA is up for renewal.
