The Role
Your Enterprise Account Management role will involve managing complex relationships with stakeholders working in large international businesses. Morrisons and Starbucks are just two big names in a long list. The SAAS technology can be adapted, customised, reshaped and reconfigured and utilised in all sorts of ways. Through complex system integrations it is driving digital transformation and significantly improving processes that increase profitability while positively impacting the environment.

It's your job to surface opportunities to do this in different functions and with different stakeholders in large 'enterprise' accounts. This will involve consulting and pre-sales activities, technical discussions and presentations alongside day to day account management activities, ensuring new projects implementations are successful and the client is getting the very best from the product. So this role is very much a hybrid of Account Management / Customer Success!

The scope of the role and the function is exciting. There is huge potential, both in terms of career progression whereby you'll manage larger, more lucrative accounts but also operations and leadership. This company will allow you to carve out a future career as they grow.

The Candidate - SAAS & Account Management & Customer Success
Our ideal candidate will have extensive Account Management or Customer Success Management experience and have examples of revenue generation success from within existing accounts. Any experience of SAAS is essential, ideally ecommerce, retail, supply chain. Some technical appreciation and understanding would also be very useful, i.e. the ability to discuss and present technical concepts specifically around software development and customisation.

Salary and Benefits
The salary level is circa £60,000 basic - 100k plus OTE. Although the company is based in the East Midlands, the role is 100% remote. Comes with 25 days holiday and a range of perks and benefits.
