Their involvement in the property world can span anything from full regeneration projects to creating a new brand for retail developments through to building mixed use spaces of the future so it's vital that you bring the mind-set and approach of a true consultant.
The role is far reaching and as well as building client relationships and helping them solve complex problems, as the director of client strategy you'll be able to write a scope of work, project plan and other documents that will further support and demonstrate your lateral, strategic thought process.

You'll be at the top of your game when it comes to building out clear business strategies that inform, educate but most importantly as the director of client strategy you'll excite the client.

To be in the mix for this role you must have a pedigree gained in the property world. This could be from a brand consultancy or leading agency, or a more established global or boutique property business.
This is a large business that do everything. it's vital that you've the temperament and level of influence to work with board level and c-suite leadership.
This role can be based anywhere across England or the UK. The only requirements aside from meeting clients are travel to offices in both Leeds and London when necessary.
