Job Title: Project Manager - Insurance

Job Description:

- 8+ years experience in project management

- Should be able to set up the team , Governance process and be able to act as a link between Wipro and RSA. Need to Manage RSA Planning, Budget and reporting and should be able to deliver the change within the cost

• Knowledge of Insurance pricing processes

• Experienced Project Manager

• Experience of technology change / simplification

• Fully aligned to UK hours

1. Excellent written and oral communication

2. Facilitation skills and able to plan and conduct workshops

3. Excellent presentation skills/ visual representations

4. Good Stakeholder Management

5. Self starter - able to take initiative, can work without supervision and drive project independently

6. Knowledge of Agile. Scrum and Kanban, Jira and confluence

7. Able to apply core Project Management disciplines - planning, issue/risk management, chasing down actions, reporting etc.

8. Ability to use judgement and consider the application of change disciplines and standard governance framework

9. Strong business engagement skills are required and the ability to bring people together to seek out mutually beneficial solutions and approaches to issues or problem areas

10. Needs to be able to work with key and senior stakeholders across the company

11. Ability to understand customer requirements and draft the necessary clarification
